  • I was the Team Lead for the CBS project for Retail Banking module, RLOS (Retail Loan Origination System), where the Banks core banking system is being custom made by TCS India. Hence, so far, I have documented the BRD (Business Requirement Document) for RLOS module, vetted and verified the FSD (Functional Specification Document) provided by TCS India. Presently, we are at Scripting Test Cases phase for testing.

  • I was the lone officer loading & managing the FNPF COVID application onto the FNPF online portal for Retail, Business & Asset Management Unit (AMU) loan account. Together with effectively liaising directly with FNPF on progress of same. The previous Government had launched this assistance for customers to use their superannuation eligibility towards advance payments for at least 12 months on their home loans.

  • Rebate file notes were tabled for non-amortizing loan accounts and submitted accordingly to Head of Retail, Head of Credit, Head of Finance, & CEO for approval on rebate reversal amount. These accounts backed dated to more than 20 to 30 years of historical transactions. Hence, a fully-fledged research & analysis report on backdated transactions since inception was reconciled and compiled for approval and presented to management.
